Following the seasons and reflecting the availability of produce, chef Mark Greenaway’s restaurant Pivot changing its menu in its entirety every month consisting of both a four or six-course set menu.
Pivot is centred around showcasing these ingredients and creating an unforgettable experience for diners. TGP designed a beautiful dining space focused around an open kitchen with a chefs-counter being a prime spot for guests, giving a real sense of the action.
