The transformation of City Center one Split has begun, as CC Real, the global investment and asset management company, embarks on an impressive €20m renovation project. Anticipated to be finished by the end of Q2 2024, this extensive refurbishment aims to elevate the shopping center to new heights. The project aims to create a modern and dynamic space that will not only meet the changing needs of shoppers but also attract new visitors from far and wide.

In their collaboration with our team at TGP International, a global award-winning hospitality agency specialising in F&B masterplanning and interior design, CC Real is set to create a fully-fledged entertainment precinct that is a destination in its own right. This leisure and entertainment concept will be the first of its kind in the Croatian market, offering visitors a unique and unforgettable experience. Whether it's enjoying a meal at one of the trendy restaurants, catching a movie at the state-of-the-art cinema, or exploring the exciting array of shops and boutiques, City Center one Split will be a place where people can come together, relax, and have fun.
In addition to the entertainment precinct, the renovations at City Center one Split will also focus on improving the overall aesthetics and functionality of the shopping center. With enhancements in lighting and interior design, visitors can expect a more visually appealing and comfortable environment. Brand-new outdoor spaces will be created, providing an opportunity for people to enjoy the beautiful Croatian weather while shopping or dining al fresco. The extensive renovation will also include the transformation of retail units and premises within the shopping center. Over 7,000 sq. m of retail units will be revamped to enhance the overall layout, creating a more seamless and enjoyable shopping experience. Additionally, more than 10,000 sq. m of premises will undergo extensive renovation, further elevating the quality and appeal of City Center one Split.
