This required careful consideration of dietary requirements, logistical planning within a temporary event space, and collaboration with multiple restaurant partners.
TGP Catering curated a menu reflecting a fusion of global and local culinary trends, collaborating with select brands including Philly Jawn, PXB, and Assembly, to offer a diverse and exciting range of dishes.
- Emirati-inspired canapés: A selection of canapés highlighted traditional Emirati flavours, providing a taste of local heritage.
- Plant-based delights: PXB contributed innovative plant-based dishes, such as Beetroot Tart and Plant-Based Sushi, catering to a growing demand for vegetarian and vegan options.
- Middle Eastern specialities: Assembly showcased the region's rich culinary traditions with dishes like Patty Shish and Carrots with cumin and olives.
- Signature sliders: Philly Jawn's popular sliders provided a contemporary and crowd-pleasing option.
HIGHLIGHTS
The event featured a carefully coordinated setup, including branded macarons and gourmet canapés, with strategically placed food and beverage stations ensuring a smooth guest experience. Interactive touches—such as an ice pop stand—added a lively element that encouraged participation.
